Linsey & Jason: Engagement

I had every intention of blogging this session Tuesday. I swear I did. Sometimes life gets in the way of work. This was one of those weeks for me. When you run a small business, you are the business. It’s just me! So when my husband started dealing with some health issues this week and needed me to focus on him, I decided editing & blogging & emailing could wait. My family always comes first. I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t work that way. I’m a little behind this week, but I’ll get caught up. And Mike will know that he’s more important than anything else. It’s not always easy to prioritize in the ridiculously busy schedules that we all keep these days, but it’s worth it. How about you? I hope that the next time you’re given the opportunity to show the ones you love that they matter most, you’ll take it.

Those are my life thoughts for the week. On to photography.

Last week I photographed Linsey & Jason’s engagement session at Leu Gardens and Downtown Orlando. We had a blast even though it was crazy chilly & windy! I can’t wait for the gorgeous outdoor wedding this fall! Linsey, I know you’ve been waiting on these. I hope you love them :)

Annette - I agree with the train track hand shot comments. You will be asked a million more times to do this one. It is perfect.February 26, 2010 – 3:20 pm

Dad - Gotta say the holding hands over railroad track is a phenomenal shot!February 26, 2010 – 3:15 am

Steff - Well, these are great, but you outdid yourself with the holding hand shot. My fav! Never seen this train track shot. Great way to redo and old idea. Love.February 25, 2010 – 7:16 pm

Linsey Faircloth - Heidi, I don’t know where to start…these are phenomenal!!!! I could not be happier; I’m smiling from ear to ear running around my office showing anyone and everyone lol.
