- {20-30 minute session}

- {10-15 images posted online for you to choose from}

- {50 amazing Christmas cards with envelopes}

- {1-8×10 0r 2-5×7′s}

$200 plus Florida sales tax

Due to some issues with last minute cancellations last year, I’m going to ask that a $50 deposit be left to officially reserve your session. Can’t wait to see some familiar faces for these Mini Sessions and hopefully meet some new families too!

And now what you’ve all been waiting for……The beautiful cards! You can choose from 5 different designs. Also, you choose whether or not you want a flat 5×5 card or a round ornament card that your loved ones can hang on their tree.

And as a side note, Alyssa’s mommy is a great baker, so check her out if you need cakes or cupcakes for a special event! I’ll be enjoying some of her yummy cupcakes at my brother’s wedding this fall

Andrea is such a beautiful momma! She looks amazing and Alyssa is only 2 weeks old!

I’ve wanted to have a space for a long time, but it just never worked out before. It finally all fell into place. I’ll be sharing the space with a friend/colleague, and she & I have been so busy getting it ready. We’ve been painting, shopping & tearing down wallpaper. Just a few short days until the wonderful flooring men come to transform the floors. I absolutely can’t wait to reveal the space once it’s all ready!

Second, just a quick note to say that I’ll be out of the office all of next week. We usually take a beach trip in the spring, but I was rather large & uncomfortable then, so we’re just getting around to taking our vacation. I’ll respond to emails and voicemails as soon as we’re back. Crossing my fingers for some good weather, and looking forward to spending some time with my boys

Michael & Lauren are getting married at the adorable Lange Farm later this year, so she asked if we could do something kind of vintage-farm-country-ish. We have some friends who have this lovely barn on their property, so we decided it was the perfect setting. So I guess this is my first themed session. If you check out wedding planning & inspiration blogs at all, you know that the themed engagement session is big right now. I read a blog the other day that told photographers not to even submit their sessions for publishing unless it was themed! Because I strive to stay current and make sure I’m offering what brides want, I definitely wanted to dive in! Lauren had some awesome ideas and went thrift store shopping to get the look she wanted. It was so much fun, and I absolutely loved being creative and thinking outside of the “normal” engagement session box.

Since I loved it so much, I definitely want to do it again! If you have an engagement, couple’s or family session scheduled with me, let’s talk about how we can do a themed session that fits your personality.

Sometimes I like to include some out-takes from a session. Since they had to travel to get to the location, they needed to bring their dogs so they wouldn’t be left home alone all day. Well we weren’t exactly planning on adding them in the photos, but Ellie & Baloo had other plans! They jumped right in.

My brother has always been a bookworm. Some of my earliest memories of him involve him “reading” books, even though he definitely wasn’t old enough to actually read yet. With that in mind, we thought the vintage books would be a perfect addition to the session.

Before I had Lincoln, I rarely ever took photos with my phone. Now, my cell phone is full of pictures of this guy.

And of course I sometimes get out the real camera for some mini photo sessions with him.

Amanda & David were so sweet, and I enjoyed getting to know them during their session. Oh, and a big thanks to David’s mom for chauffeuring us all around the property in her SUV! Can’t wait to see you guys at the wedding next month!

It’s been a crazy adventure for the Mitchell family the past several weeks. I can’t believe Lincoln turns 6 weeks old today! He’s incredibly adorable,(if I do say so myself) and he’s also quite a handful. His cuteness helps make up for the craziness he has brought to my life!

Please keep my family in your prayers. My husband Mike was hospitalized last week. It was very scary and very unexpected. We are still waiting on some test results, but he is back home and feeling better. Needless to say, newborn + sick husband = a slightly stressed & exhausted me.

I’m excited about getting back to work later this summer, & I’ve enjoyed meeting some new couples recently whose weddings I’ll be photographing later this year & next year!

Finally! Having a baby kind of got in the way of creating this post! I photographed my cousin Stephanie’s wedding just 10 days before Lincoln was born. Stephanie and her sister Laurie were the closest things I had to sisters as a kid. My mom likes to tell the story of how even as a baby I would cry when she came to pick me up from my Aunt Karen’s house to take me home. I’m blessed to be from a close, loving family, and it was an honor to be asked to photograph Stephanie & Ryan’s wedding.

The festivities took place at the adorable Postcard Inn on Saint Petersburg beach. This Inn was just perfect for photos. It has such a funky/eclectic/modern vibe. And the food was good, too!

Because I was so very pregnant, I asked my dear friend and amazing photographer, Ashley McCormick, to accompany me to the wedding. I’m so thankful she was there. My poor, swollen feet needed a break after the ceremony. It was also nice to be able to enjoy some time with family during the reception knowing that she had everything under control. I posted a few of her images since to help complete the story of the day.
